How It Works
Register online in just a few minutes, print the final receipt and bring to our 312 Queen Street Location to receive your wash club membership card.

Vehicle Specific
The membership card will be associated to one specific car, color, model, and license plate. If you wish to switch your information upon purchase of a new vehicle, please do so directly at the car wash or call (860) 621-2828.

Family Plan
Add a Family Member to the Gold or Platinum Unlimited Wash Club for Only $10 /each! Each family member will be required to add their vehicle informaiton.

Automatic Billing
Club membership fees are automatically billed to your credit or debit card each month and each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or by Sponge Brothers. Sponge Brothers reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time.

How to Cancel Your Membership
To cancel your membership, call (860) 621-2828, fax us at (860) 276-9457, or write us at Sponge Brothers Car Wash, 312 Queen Street, Southington CT 06489. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
